Rosha Nodine is a Quality Improvement Consultant for Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano, Denton, and McKinney. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree and has been part of The Heart Hospitals and the Quality Outcomes and Analytics (QOA) department for over 15 years. She began her career as a data analyst for the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) registry. In 2012, she played a pivotal role in launching the Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI) registry and now serves as the Registry Site Manager for VQI while also overseeing the International Registry for Aortic Dissections (IRAD). Actively involved in VQI, Rosha regularly presents at national conferences, delivers webinars, and contributes numerous abstracts and posters. Most recently, she was instrumental in her hospital’s participation in the SVS/ACS Vascular Center Verification Quality Improvement Program, where it was recognized as a pilot site at the highest level, Comprehensive In-Patient. She remains committed to improving patient safety and driving continuous quality improvement.
