Dr. Drew Braet is a PGY-5 Integrated Vascular Surgery Resident. He was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Braet attended the University of Richmond for his undergraduate studies and the University of Missouri School of Medicine before joining us here in Ann Arbor. Currently he is finishing up a 2-year research fellowship under the mentorship of Dr. Alberto Figueroa and is supported by an NIH F32 award. His research is focused on carotid artery hemodynamics and plaque morphology and assessing differences in the growth patterns of abdominal aortic aneurysms.
