Eduardo Rodriguez Zoppi, MD FACS serves as the Chief of Vascular Surgery at Memorial Healthcare System, bringing over two decades of clinical and academic excellence to the field. Originally from Venezuela, Dr. Rodriguez Zoppi earned a medical degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2003. Driven by a passion for surgical innovation and excellence in patient care, he pursued postgraduate training in the United States.
He completed both his internship and surgical residency at the University of Pennsylvania, finishing in 2014, where he gained extensive experience in complex general surgery. Dr. Rodriguez Zoppi went on to specialize in vascular surgery through a prestigious fellowship at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, which he completed in 2016.
Board-certified in Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Rodriguez Zoppi is known for his precision, leadership, and commitment to advancing minimally invasive and complex endovascular techniques. Under his leadership, the vascular surgery division has grown significantly in both scope and innovation, offering comprehensive care for a wide range of vascular disorders.
He is actively involved in clinical research, resident education, and quality improvement initiatives, and remains dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients.
