I am a second-year vascular surgery resident in the 0–5 integrated program at Universidad del Rosario, affiliated with Fundación Cardioinfantil in Bogotá, Colombia. Before starting residency in 2023, I spent a year with a vascular surgery team in Medellín, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of vascular pathologies and procedures.

I am actively involved in research through GICIRVE (Grupo de Investigación en Cirugía Vascular) and the Vascular Surgery Interest Group (VSIG). Through these initiatives, I am expanding my expertise and contributing to the advancement of vascular surgery.

My academic focus lies in open and endovascular aortic surgery. My current research evaluates the clinical and economic impact of retroperitoneal versus transperitoneal access in open abdominal aortic aneurysm repair.
