Kristofer Charlton-Ouw, MD, is a vascular surgeon at HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center in Houston, TX. He earned his medical degree at Harvard Medical School, completed general surgery residency at New York-Presbyterian / Columbia University, and vascular fellowship at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).
