Neal R. Barshes, M.D., M.P.H. is an academic vascular surgeon whose clinical practice and research focus on diabetic limb salvage and amputation prevention. He is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He serves as Program Director of the Fellowship Program and Assistant Program Director of the Residency Program in Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy.
