Dr. Britt H. Tonnessen, MD is a vascular surgeon and Associate Professor at the Yale School of Medicine. She is the Associate Program Driector for the Yale Vascular Integrated Residency. Her clinical interests include chronic limb theratening ischemia, vascular trauma, complex dialysis access and mesenteric ischemia. As the Associate Director for Patient Expereince in the Yale Department of Surgery, she enjoys leading hospital initiatives that support a culture of patient-centered care.
